Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-26. This policy explains what LotIQ Auto collects and how it is used. It should be reviewed by legal counsel before public commercial launch.
Dealer profile details, owner and employee contact details, vehicle inventory, VIN/chassis numbers, plates, invoices, costs, sales records, billing records, audit logs, support messages, and technical logs.
To provide the dealer workspace, authenticate users, scope data by dealer, calculate inventory and sales statistics, process subscription billing, send requested notifications, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Dealer users see data according to their role. Platform administrators may access data for support, security, billing, and maintenance. We do not sell dealer inventory or customer data.
Payment checkout may be handled by Ziina or another payment provider. LotIQ should not store full card numbers. Payment status, invoices, and provider references may be stored for billing records.
When an owner requests account deletion, the workspace becomes read-only immediately and can be restored for 30 days. After that recovery window, access is disabled. Account records are retained securely for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, and recovery purposes unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Privacy requests can be sent to notifications@lotiqauto.com.
