Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-26. These terms are a practical launch draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public commercial launch.
LotIQ provides dealer inventory, cost, invoice, employee, billing, notification, and statistics tools for car dealers and fleet owners.
Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle, cost, invoice, employee, customer, and sales data entered into the system.
Owners control their dealer workspace and employee access. Users must protect their passwords and only use accounts assigned to them.
Subscriptions use calendar-month or calendar-year periods anchored to the activation date. LotIQ can automatically prepare the next invoice and Ziina checkout, but the dealer must confirm payment because LotIQ does not store card details. When a paid period ends, the workspace becomes read-only until payment renews access.
An owner may schedule account deletion from Settings. The workspace becomes read-only immediately, the public showroom is hidden, and the owner may restore access during the 30-day recovery window. After the deadline, self-service access ends while records remain retained according to the Privacy Policy.
Do not upload illegal, misleading, infringing, malicious, or unrelated content. Do not attempt to access another dealer workspace or bypass platform security.
We work to keep LotIQ available and reliable, but beta features may change. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, or internet issues may affect access.
LotIQ helps calculate and organize business information, but dealers remain responsible for business decisions, accounting review, taxes, compliance, and legal obligations.
LotIQ Auto is currently a product in controlled beta. Formal business registration and trade license details will be added before general commercial launch.
